Andrew and Shannon have lived and worked in Coles Bay for almost 15 years, Andrew is an accomplished photographer and chef, Shan is a passionate explorer with an effervescent personality and a skilled front of house trainer.  They both share a love for travel, food, wine and fresh produce.  Recognising a shortfall in the growing town of Coles Bay, they opened Tombolo Freycinet in August 2011.

Tombolo Freycinet at Devils Corner Vineyard was opened in 2015 and enjoys a great following by locals, shack owners, interstate and international visitors.  The views of the Hazards Mountain range from Devils Corner Vineyard is a sight to behold; changing colour and tone through out the day, providing the perfect backdrop to enjoy a slice of thin crust wood fired pizza and a glass of Tasmanian wine.

Plans afoot for the future include an organic farm to compliment the produce used through out the business, this farm will utilise the waste produce from the kitchens, coffee grinds and vegetable scraps to feed a variety of herbs, fruits, and vegetables.

Tombolo Freycinet is proud to support and stock a range of quality Tasmanian producers, these include:
